be aware with da:i modding, lots of mods edit the same files because we cannot make brand new files, we can only override existing assets, so make sure you pick mods that don't edit the same assets like for example the same base hairstyle.ДЇor outfits, kittentails has lots of elven female outfits here, this mod has some elf outfit options and works with frosty too just be sure you extract it. Those hair mods are all frosty ones but you can load daimod hair mods with frosty too, as long as they don't contain daimod retextures. So as for what are mods are 'up to date', you know, it's less so 'when did the author last edit this mod', and more like 'is this mod a frosty mod, and if not, is it one of the dai mod manager mods that is compatible with frosty', that's more what you might want to think about, because some 7 year old mods can still work and most people might think 'oh, it's probably outdated, it's so old', and that's not always the case.ДЄs for recommendations though, misc hairstyles for frosty is good hair mods, anto hairstyles for da:i too, also ncp hairstyles for inquisitor, i have some of my own hair mods too here and here, padme4000 has a few hairs also, like this one, there is also hairstyle day dai too from different author.

mostly this message is just a precaution, usually harmless, most the mods work despite this little message, you just hit okay if it pops up, and hit the apply button as normal.

Now, it's pretty common for you to see something like WARNING: this was made for a different patch version appear when you import a dai mod manager mod to frosty.

i would reccomend you take a look at my reply here which details which types of dai mod manager mods are okay to load with frosty, and which aren't. So you can't load frosty mods via dai mod manager, but you can load some dai mod manager mods via frosty mod manager. daimod, and frosty mods have the file extension. typically, dai mod manager mods have the file extension. Dragon age: inquisition has 2 different mod managers which you can choose from.
